Carlan Joseph Placed Third in the 2021 Congressional Art Contest

I love my job! I taught Carlan Joseph (Congressional Art Contest 2021 third place winner) and Karim Henry (Congressional Art Contest 2021 participant) at Eulalie Rivera Elementary School from KG to 6th grade. I also had the privilege of teaching them art at St. Croix Educational Complex this year. So proud of these two outstanding and intelligent young men. As well, kudos to our Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett for her commitment to host the Congressional Art Contest each year, especially during this time of the COVID-19 Pandemic!
